22 February, Kathmandu: A young man has been arrested in Kathmandu on charges of rape. 34-year-old Suraj Adhikari of Dhading has been accused by the police of raping a 17-year-old girl.
Similarly, a man has also been arrested in Parsa on charges of rape. 59-year-old Ramchandra Chhetri, a resident of Deepaknagar, was arrested by the police.
